Horizontal parting flaskless automatic molding machines produce cope and drag molds with a horizontal parting line - ideal where cores must be set easily and precisely. Molding uses pneumatic sand shooting followed by hydraulic compaction for uniform, high mold hardness.

Seven models cover sand mold sizes from 500 x 400 mm to 800 x 700 mm, with cycle times of 30 to 50 seconds per mold. Each machine can run stand-alone or as part of a complete automatic line with pouring and cooling conveyors.
