Hot Box Core Shooter / Shell Core Shooter Machines
Core shooting machines blow resin-coated or binder-mixed sand into heated or gassed core boxes to produce sand cores with accurate dimensions and a smooth surface. Hot box and shell processes cure the core with heat; cold box cures it with a catalyst gas at room temperature.
Our hot box, cold box and shell core shooters feature automatic core box handling, PLC control and quick core box changeover - producing consistent cores such as brake disc, hub and manifold cores in continuous production.
